Design & Build
The website build includes our in-house development team building your website, designed either by us or from a supplied design. The build cost is dependent on the number of page templates and functionality (modules).
Standard POS Package
For a complete solution add the POS to the Base or Market Place package. The Point of Sale software is a Windows based application to manage in-shop sales and warehouse dispatch processing.
+ Base Ecommerce
Baseline package to host and provide software to manage one E-Commerce website. Additional websites incur additional costs. To add Market Place functionality you need to upgrade to the “Market Place” package.
+ Marketplace Ecommerce
The “Market Place” package is the baseline package with the additional functionality of being able to manage multiple market place accounts (eBay, Amazon, Facebook and more).
* Ngage Retail provides businesses with the capabilities to manage multiple websites & E-Commerce stores in one CMS. This allows businesses to manage content, sales and inventory on multiple channels all through the one CMS. Ngage Retail automatically lists products on various selling platforms and updates inventory levels in real time across all channels when a product is sold. This not only increases efficiency but also reduces the cost of inventory management, sales and labour required to sell products across multiple platforms.

Ngage provides hosting and support as part of the annual or monthly licence fee.

Our servers are based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles. We provide 99.9% up-time. Should the data requirements for your web solution exceed 100MB then additional charges will be incurred.
Support includes tickets submitted via our support area (24 hours), chat and phone. Our SLA states we respond to support tickets within a 24-hour period although this is typically within 2 hours where possible.
